How to submit your complaint regarding a Neoss product

  1. Choose the appropriate digital complaint form, found to the right on this page, in the language that applies to you.
  2. Fill in the form and submit it.
  3. Receive confirmation email with complaint ID number.
  4. Send the sterilized product marked with ID number to your local office, see Support for details.
  5. Neoss local office representative will take it from there.
